Our sample packs consist of samples and presets that come with a royalty-free license. This license gives you, as the licensee, the right to use these samples and presets in your music productions without needing to pay further royalties or fees. You are permitted to distribute your music tracks that include our samples and presets on popular streaming platforms.
Please be aware that this license does not transfer any intellectual property rights of the samples and presets to you. Hence, sharing or distributing these samples and presets without authorization is strictly prohibited and violates our license agreement terms.
The compatibility requirements for our sample packs vary based on the
specific pack in question. For detailed information regarding the
recommended software versions, we advise you to consult the relevant
product page. Our most recent offerings are designed to operate on the
latest version of Logic Pro X.

Returns & Refunds
Digital sales are considered final. However, should the product not meet your expectations, our customer service team is ready to address your concerns and find a solution.
Every refund request is carefully reviewed and considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Physicals: In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.
In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.
In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
